Inheritance (1982)

Inheritance is a strategy management game released in 1982 for the ZX Spectrum. The title was published by Hessel Software and created by Simon W. Hessel.

The game is designed for a single player and focuses on management mechanics. It was also released for the BBC Micro platform.

The cassette cost £5.95.

In Russia, the game gained recognition as Inheritance: Panic in Las Vegas. There are numerous TR-DOS disk versions released by groups like Ershsoft and Power of Sound. A Russian translation was created by Alexander Maryshev in 1994. Cracked cassette versions were also distributed by individuals such as Bill Gilbert, F.C.A, and SAN-SAN, though the name was often confused in local publications with the native hit Star Inheritance.
