Super Chopper is an arcade action game released in 1984 by Software Supersavers Ltd for the ZX Spectrum 48K. The game was created by programmer Dan Hartley and musician Kurt Goodwin, with inlay and poster art provided by Roger Tissyman.
Designed for a single player, the game features helicopter-based action. It supports control via Kempston Joystick, Cursor, or Interface 2. There is a strong theory that the game originated from an unreleased Airwolf project Dan Hartley was developing for Ocean Software, as evidenced by a small hidden 'Ocean' label found on the loading screen.
The game holds a weighted user score of 7.75 out of 10.
Super Chopper was not widely known in Russia or the former Soviet Union. It was only mentioned briefly in an interview published in the magazine Scenergy.
